On the net amount of the bill, for customers entitled to general regime, we will apply the taxes in force and for those entitled to special regime of retail trade, we will apply in addition the equity surcharge or the percentages corresponding to legislation in force.

- PAYMENT METHODS: domiciled draft

Draft in 11 days from bill date: 4% discount (just domiciled)
Draft in 30 days from bill date: 2% discount (just domiciled)
Draft in 60 days from bill date: NET

Please specify on your orders the choosen payment method. In other case we will draft in 30 days from bill date.

Please confirm on your orders the direct debit (needed 20 digits)

- DRAFT REFUND

For posible devolutions, we put into circulation new effects. Your amount will be integrated in these items:

- Nominal value
- New instalments
- Devolution bank chages
- Financing surchage: 0,10 % per day, counting from expiration date to real payment datel.
- Banking fees.

- EXPIRY IN AUGUST

The ones that take place between the days 1 and 31 of august will be moved to 10th September or to the payment day established in september (when the customer request it with one month beforehand).

- MINIMUM ORDER

We don´t accept orders under 200 € netos

- WARRANTY

ALEXALO HOGAR Y HOSTELERÍA, Ltd. guarantee all the products, but only take responsibility for manufacture or assembly defects.

- FREIGHTS

Freghts paid in peninsula and Baleares for net amounts up to 360 € (1300 € for Canary Island).

- RETURNS

Freight goods returns, always with our usual agency, previous notice and acceptance for our part.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS after 15 days from the delivery, devolution or change freight good for other item: freught in charge of customer. Before any devolution, please inform to factory by phone or fax.
